Swapping farms and meeting deer

This year we're heading back out on the road for a second series of Wild Weekends. We want you to experience what a weekend in nature looks like through the eyes of someone new. There are four great guests and we'll be sharing one video episode a month for the rest of the year.

Join us hiking in Yorkshire, learning about farm to table cooking in Dorset and foraging in Herefordshire in a bid to reconnect you with the outdoors.

In episode three, we join chef Julius Roberts as he swaps his own farm, for an altogether more relaxing one on the other side of Dorset. After settling into his hut, Julius heads off to meet the farm's resident herd of red deer and stock up on supplies from the on-site honesty shop. As evening falls he rustles up a farm-to-table feast.
