Canopy & Stars was established in 2010 as part of the Sawday’s group. Founder, Alastair, was intent on preserving the ethos and ideas that had long been at the heart of the Sawday’s and Canopy & Stars when he stepped down.
When Caroline and Nick took over The Linhay, it was in “a very sorry state”, but they have lavished love and care on the historic barn to create a unique holiday home.
Hunky Dory has been lovingly restored by Clare and Hibah. Clare used her previous experience of working as a builder and carpenter to design and refit the entire boat.
Ed and Rowena have been living at On the Hill for eighteen years and it’s here that they built the Big House and The DugOut (you might recognise them from Grand Designs fame).
