Overview
Uplands Treehouse is a beautifully crafted bolthole perched up in the trees behind David and Tricia’s house. Scale the ladder up on to the mezzanine to reach the king-size bed; you’ll wake up in the morning to views over the Mendips on one side, and a number of alpacas and horses munching grass on the other, along with light streaming in through the big floor to ceiling (curtainless!) windows. The coffee table in the main living space is handmade from off-cuts from the treehouse itself; smaller trimmings are from the woodland behind, which is yours to explore – a folder of David’s recommended trails are in the treehouse. The huge balcony with uplighters and picnic table is perfect for a little glass of something on summer evenings; the comfy sofa in front of the wood burner is ideal for the winter ones.
While Uplands is wonderfully calm and green, planes from nearby Bristol airport will pass over from time to time and remind you of the outside world. If you’re actively seeking a dip back into urbanity, Bristol and Wells are nearby or there’s the coast at Weston-super-Mare, for a sip of sea air. All are around half an hour’s drive from Uplands. In the immediate area, there's everything from horse riding to wine tasting, and you can walk to the village of Wrington for great places to eat and drink. That said, the treehouse is so well-equipped you technically won’t need to come down for the entire duration of your stay - there’s a flushing loo inside with its own eclectic library and hi-fi, an open, outdoor shower is just off to the side (another good viewpoint for alpacas), and a compact kitchen is more than adequate for scrambling your breakfast eggs.

We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our anniversary and thought a treehouse stay would be fun. Loved the location and found it very calming amongst the trees
22/07/2024Sheila
It was wonderful and peaceful

We stayed in the treehouse over May bank holiday. We had all kinds of weather but enjoyed the treehouse from the deck as well as the cosy sofa - and falling asleep with the wind and rain around us was peaceful.
24/05/2024Beth
What an amazing stay, such a great treehouse in a wonderful location. Absolutely loved our weekend, very peaceful and also fun stepping outside to shower!
19/08/2023Andrew
I booked this stay at the Uplands Treehouse as a birthday treat and little weekend getaway for my partner and I. We arrived on the Friday and walked into Wrington for a fish and chip supper from the van then back for a cosy evening at the treehouse. Over the weekend we walked to Yatton (its a little over an hour), hired a tandem and cycled down part of the Strawberry Line towards Cheddar which I would really recommend, had a run in the woods behind the treehouse and had a super Sunday dinner at the Plough in Wrington. The weather was fairly British/variable but that made a cosy evening in the treehouse even more enjoyable.
28/07/2023Ben
Lovely tree house, good location, well equipped.
23/06/2023Michaela
Lovely stay, idyllic setting, perfectly equipped treehouse

We had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. It was the perfect place to recharge and reconnect with nature. Even though you are within walking distance from the village, you still feel like you are isolated. There are trails in the woods nearby to wander and lots of fields in the surrounding area to explore. We saw deer, rabbits, squirrels, hawks, and wood pigeons. As well as the horses and alpacas nearby too. David and Tricia were very hospitable, picking us up and dropping us off at Yatton Station. They have a beautiful home and were fascinating to chat with and provided us with great recommendations. The treehouse itself is well-equipped for a weekend stay. It's cozy and comfortable, and the beautiful view, natural light, and outdoor shower just made us want to stay longer!

The perfect relaxing stay in the Treehouse to celebrate our wedding Anniversary. The Treehouse was nicely tucked away so even though on an estate, we had our privacy. Was lovely to wake up to the Alpacas & Horse's who were super friendly and we enjoyed the alfresco showers which were surprisingly refreshing ! Enjoyed a walk to the local pub which was only a short walk away.

We stayed in Uplands tree house to beat the January Blues! The treehouse itself was beautiful, the windows let in the light and it was a lovely view to wake up to. The log burner was the perfect addition, especially on a windy and wet day and made the stay very cosy. The setting was beautiful and certainly very relaxing to be in whilst having an outdoor shower! (That took some bravery in January but it was nice and hot!) The owner was very hospitable and picked us up from the train station and took is back which was very kind.
13/01/2023Courtney
It was an incredibly stylish and beautiful treehouse - we loved the outdoor shower !
11/11/2022Kajori
We had a thoroughly comfortable and romantic stay. The treehouse is beautifully designed and kept.
23/09/2022David
A quaint and magical break from the city life. We loved the alfresco shower, the aromatic smells of the surrounding woods and the secludedness of our temporary home. Uplands Treehouse and it’s quirky residents (the cute alpacas and horses) will hold a special place in our hearts.
22/08/2022Shaira
Had a wonderful 4 nights staying in this treehouse. It is such a peaceful location. It had adequate amenities for a short stay. The bed was comfy and the quirky outdoor shower was different. Having no curtains wasn't the disadvantage I had thought it might have been as it meant I woke up and could see the views over the hills immediately.
01/08/2022Joy
Evening was lovely, fantastic view, good facilities, thanks for making the extra effort for my wife's birthday
01/06/2022Neil
It was fantastic! A lovely place to stay in a very special venue, the llamas such a joy to wake up to each morning!
20/05/2022oliver
Absolutely wonderful. Secluded luxurious treehouse with a marvellous alfresco shower. Chilled Prosecco on arrival and a fabulously comfortable bed. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Alpacas friendly too!
06/05/2022Roberta
We had a fantastic time at Uplands! It is such a unique design, with the bed up a ladder on a mezzanine level, and you can lie in bed and look out on a magnificent view over the tree canopy. The outside shower was fun, and allows guests to connect with their treetop environment too. It really is a cosy and very special location. Judging from previous comments in the guest book, a number of people have got engaged here, and no wonder- it's so romantic. There was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on arrival, and we felt really welcome.
29/04/2022Alison
Peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. The treehouse is well equipped and all our needs were provided for. The view is just fantastic and sitting in the trees amongst the birds singing was very special.

I recently stayed at Uplands Treehouse with my sister as a surprise birthday weekend for her and SHE LOVED IT! The secluded location surrounded by the pastel Mendip Hills was a stunning sight to admire each evening and the hot outdoor shower was a refreshing way to start the day. The reclining deck chairs and picnic bench were a very useful addition to our stay, with sunset dinners and sunrise breakfasts being on the agenda most days so as to take in and appreciate the views from the balcony! We loved everything, from the light and airy decor, to the goose feather pillows and super comfy mattress and would definitely recommend this place to other people. As my sister put it the minute she opened the door... "You've done well on this one Maddy!" To the owners of Uplands Treehouse, thanks for creating a great place for a birthday weekend!
25/03/2022Maddy
It was amazing! The threehouse was very nice, comfortable, and cozy. Perfect to disconnect for a weekend :)
11/03/2022Francisco
I loved my stay, I would go back and I would recommend. The log fire was very cosy and heated up the treehouse well. The location is beautiful and so quiet you could here a pin drop. My husband used the the outdoor shower, I was not so confident!
23/02/2022Catrina
A beautifully built treehouse in a picturesque spot, couldn't recommend enough.
31/01/2022S
We had two nights in December and LOVED it. Treated to the most spectacular sunset from the deck, where the display lasted half an hour. And the outdoor shower was refreshing and liberating in the best possible way (we were worried). The log-fire made it soooo cosy that we had to open windows by the bed - heat rises and all that! Highly recommend, what a fabulous place.
01/12/2021Mary
Amazing, perfect for what we wanted a lovely relaxing get away.
22/11/2021Amelia
It was just what we needed after our wedding, piece and quiet. It was a lovely stay we really enjoyed it.

12/07/2021Kate
We had a lovely time, an excellent chance to escape and switch off. We went in lovely walks and enjoyed the peace and tranquility
09/07/2021Millie
Uplands treehouse is pure magic. I spent the week there with my boyfriend. We had the most romantic experience. From waking up with Alpacas outside out bedroom window to beautiful forest walks and discovering incredible caves. The locals are so friendly and the local pubs and restaurants are so welcoming. Lucy and David were beyond helpful and very chilled. Breakfast on the balcony looking over Bristol was exactly what was needed. Living in London myself and my boyfriend felt a pure escapism. The peace and tranquillity of Uplands tree house is idealistic. not to mention the outside hot shower is hands down the beat shower experience I’ve had. I would advise all my friend and family to take a break and stay at Uplands and I most certainly will be back.
28/06/2021Mia
We had a wonderful honeymoon at the treehouse. It's beautiful and a perfect place for a getaway for two. The owners made everything perfect for us and even put some prosecco in the fridge for us! The alpacas are also adorable! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying again soon.
16/06/2021Annabel
We had a lovely stay at this unique treehouse. We were there for 4 nights and enjoyed some of the beautiful walks around the area as well as visiting the Aldwick estate vineyard. Such a comfortable place, would definitely stay here again!
07/06/2021Amy
This place is so special. Fantastic views, cosy and comfortable, in among the trees feeling like part of nature but still not far from the Nespresso machine!! Anyone who stays here is sure to feel excited like a child again playing dens.
21/05/2021Sam
We stayed two nights for a romantic getaway in the countryside and this was the perfect place
12/05/2021James

We had a brilliant time - warm, cosy and relaxing during Storm Alex with some local walks and pub visits thrown in. This place is a real gem of a find.
02/10/2020Bridget
We had a wonderful time. The hosts were lovely, the treehouse left no wishes undesired, and the horses and alpacas were making it magical.
10/07/2020Max
Our stay was truly wonderful. I've wanted to stay in a treehouse for so long and Uplands did not disappoint. We followed recommendations from the pre-stay email Patricia had sent and had a lovely time! Even braved the outdoor shower! A cosy and relaxing retreat, 5 stars!
16/03/2020Emily
We had a wonderful time in this lovely secluded place. Everything we needed as well as a great breakfast basket and brownie treats. Very well-equipped. Nice and warm and cosy. The outside shower was great fun - even in the chilly rain! Tricia was very clear and friendly in her communications. Local pub had good food, and the woods at the back were great to walk around. Wifi was good. Everything was clean.
13/03/2020Lynne
We had a brilliant time staying in Uplands Treehouse, it really was wonderful (despite the wind and rain!). The Treehouse really is beautiful, so cosy and in such a picturesque spot. It was also great that the hosts made a real effort to cater for my partners gluten free requirements, and for sending up some jigsaws for us to do while we were sheltering from the bad weather. That level of thought and consideration was greatly appreciated.
14/02/2020Nicholas
wow!!!!!! we had the most amazing relaxing break!!!!! the treehouse is wonderful very cosy and the views amazing!!!! the outdoor shower is a must!!!!!
05/02/2020samantha rainbow
Gorgeous treehouse with everything we needed for a cosy and relaxing couple of nights. The weather wasn’t great but we managed to do a couple of lovely walks and the rest of our time was spent playing games and watching films by the fire. The outdoor shower was lovely despite it being January. I was worried about the bed at first but it was very cosy up there and lovely to have a window to look out over the field of horses in the morning!
29/01/2020Jessica
Absolutely brilliant stay at the Treehouse - the building is beautiful in a stunning location. It was lovely and cosy with the fire on and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. There are lots of great walks from the Treehouse and Wrington has some good pubs. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
17/01/2020Alison
Absolutely amazing. Myself and my partner loved every aspect, we hardly left the tree house. All the little details that made it special, such as the hamper on arrival. A unique weekend away, highly recommend to couples.
01/01/2020Marta
The treehouse is beautiful inside and out, set in a stunning location that's perfect for walking and exploring. The bed was unbelievably comfy to crawl into after a long day waking and an evening by the fire. The food basket is a lovely touch and we'd recommend this to anyone looking for a unique trip away somewhere
27/12/2019James
What a beautiful place! We arrived late and found it relatively easily. We were left to our own devices and not disturbed by a single soul. The wildlife is incredible we saw deer rabbits and of course made friends with the horses and alpacas. In the morning the birds would sing and it was so relaxing even when it rained the sound of the rain falling all around us was mesmerising. Tricia left us a beautiful hamper of goodies so we enjoyed croissants in the morning with jam and brownies. The bed was extremely comfortable and so fun going up the ladder, it really adds to the experience. Also showering outside in October was so fun!! I booked for my boyfriends birthday and he absolutely loved it!!
04/10/2019Jessica
This tree house was just the most idyllic place! We had an utterly glorious 3 night stay. We wandered into the village for a couple of meals which were both brilliant, and spent the rest of the time just enjoying being immersed in nature!
13/09/2019Ali
We have had such an incredible experience at Uplands Treehouse. From the warm welcome with a basket of delicious treats and easy check in, to the wonderfully cosy surroundings and outdoor shower experience, I almost don’t want to tell people about this place. But instead keep it secret and special and just for us. Whether listening to the wind and rain beside the fire or sitting on the deck in the blazing sunshine surrounded by trees (English summer!) this is the place to be to get away from the hustle and bustle, turn off your phone (if you can stop yourself from making all your friends jealous) and just be. We came to the Treehouse for a ‘mini-moon’ just 2 weeks after our wedding and we hope to return as it was by and far one of the best weekends away that we have had.
30/08/2019Cat
It was amazing - beautiful tree house, lovely setting. Wonderful food provided - eggs, jam, brownies, croissants etc. Only wish we could have stayed longer
21/08/2019David
It was splendid! Beautifully relaxing and certainly very different to previous holiday experiences. We went to Uplands to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was the perfect spot. Suitably discreet and appropriately luxurious. There were some delightful little touches, not least, the mezzanine king sized bed, the log burner and the outdoor shower
17/08/2019Mark

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The tree house was well equipped and comfortable with a unique charm of its own. It was a lovely quiet location in the countryside but not far from civilisation. The views and local nature were wonderful. We also appreciated the generous and thoughtful hamper of goodies.
02/08/2019Graham
The treehouse was amazing. We had complete privacy, delicious complimentary food - which tasted too good to be anything but homemade - and plenty of things to do. Everything was clean and comfortable, and had clearly been designed to grant us an optimal level of self sufficiency.

Desperate to stay in a treehouse and Uplands did not disapppoint - (although I was hoping yo climb a ladder rather than just steps!) It is a beautiful home for a couple of nights and we were wowed by it's charm, views and serenity. Would recommend wholeheartedly and without reservation as a break away - taking you into the canopy of trees and a place of calm.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. It was like a fairy tail. The treehouse is super cosy and we loved the outdoor shower. Lots of lovely little touches. Very well situated just a short drive to a supermarket a few pubs and restaurants and not far from wells.
08/05/2019Rebecca
Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed every moment of it. Being in the nature, listening to rain fall on the roof of the treehouse, while we fell asleep. It was all dreamy and wonderful.

This treehouse is a PERFECT few day break for a couple of whatever age. Its quirky, comfortable and very well equipped with a kitchen, log burner, TV and wifi. Upon arrival they leave you a basket full of stuff such as home made brownies, jams, bread croissants and even a bottle of bubbly and milk in the fridge. I chose this place to propose to my partner which I did on the decking, overlooking the field of alpacas and horses while the sun was setting in the evening. I was worried about feeling like I was intruding on the lovely couples family home however this wasnt the case, we was left to our own devices the whole time. Highly recommend.
03/04/2019Nicholas
Was an amazing stay.. such a lovely way to spend a long weekend. The cutiest little gift basket of home made brownies, fresh bread, eggs, jams and croissants. Felt weird at first rocking up somewhere and not seeing the owners atall but was actually such a nice little way of making it feel like yours and you weren’t being watched even though your on the same property as there home. Could not recommend it more as a lovely break from the manic of everyday life
08/03/2019Jasmine
Wonderful location, luxurious treehouse and really well equipped. Very relaxing and enjoyable 2 night stay.
20/02/2019Michael
We had a truly magical few nights in the tree house. Beautiful setting and very relaxing, even the ladder to get into bed wasn’t a problem and I’m 7 months pregnant. We enjoyed a trip to Cheddar Gorge and Wells Cathedral why we where there. Both were a short drive away. We didn’t meet the owners on our stay but the hamper of breakfast treats was lovely including home made jams and brownies. It was lovely and warm inside and with the log fire on in the evening we even got a little to hot which surprised us seems it’s February. We would definitely come back and highly recommend the place. Thank you for a unforgettable stay :) Polly and Ken

Truly amazing. Best place we have stayed. Beautiful treehouse, with lots of lovely little touches when we arrived I.e. breeds, croissants, milk and jams. Breathtaking views, totally secluded. Perfect romantic break away.
15/02/2019Laura
Beautiful, well equipped and super cosy Tree House provided the perfect setting for our Xmas celebrations.
24/12/2018Daniel
We had a lovely early Christmas stay at Uplands treehouse. Such a lovely way to break up the stress of up-coming Christmas madness. Such a cosy and comfortable place to relax for a couple of days. Enjoyed meeting the lovely owners and the magnificant alpacas
14/12/2018Alli
Uplands treehouse was amazing. Spent our time cuddled up on the sofa listening to music and drinking rum and gin. Loved every minute of it.
30/11/2018Joseph
Perfect!! The tree house was idyllic and everything we wanted. There is everything you need, anything you could think it had it!
28/11/2018Becky
We stayed at Uplands and enjoyed it very much. Everything was in order and as described. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and many services were labeled to avoid confusion.
16/11/2018edward
We had a lovely stay in the treehouse, it was such a perfect little hideaway! It was warm and cosy despite being freezing outside, and the basket of treats left by Tricia was a lovely touch. We can't wait to go back!
29/10/2018Charlie
My husband and I spent two nights in this idyllic country escape for our 30th wedding anniversary in October. It was perfect. The little added touches made it even more special, the home made jam, marmalade, brownies and Prosecco, along with the basics of tea, coffee, milk etc... The views were stunning and the neighbours (the alpacas and sheep) were quiet and well behaved! The bed is on a raised platform (accessed via a step ladder (not to be recommended for the less mobile), but was very comfy. The log burner was perfect to relax by in the evening and there was TV and WiFi too. The toilet and out door shower were both quirky and gave us a giggle. We really felt like we had got away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, we could happily have stayed for a few more nights. We will be back, we loved it!
01/10/2018Rachel
We chose a little mid week break, was a lovely treehouse hideaway with amazing views and a cosy log burner. The welcome basket was adorable with delicious hand made brownies.
12/09/2018Ella
Amazing place with great views. We got engaged here so will always be a special place for us. Recommend the Ethicurian restaurant near by. Hope to visit again Judd and Becci
29/08/2018Jonathan
Staying in the treehouse was taking glamping to a whole new level! The surround sound music system in the loo with a view was a hilarious touch and the architecture of the whole thing was stunning. A beautiful and unique stay away you will not forget!
20/08/2018Steph
Amazing!!! What more can I say! such a wonderful, beautiful place, the reviews do not do it justice this place must be seen and experienced in person. From the location, hospitality and the very unique shower we loved every part of the treehouse. would and have recommended this beautiful place.
25/07/2018josh
We had such an enjoyable stay at Uplands Treehouse, the treehouse is such a lovely space with so much charm; waking up and peering out the window to see alpacas and horses grazing in the field made it an even more magical. Just sitting on the couch with the doors open and the warm breeze blowing through the trees around me is an experience I will never forget. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful, they made us feel very comfortable during out stay. The location makes the drive from London worth it, we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the local farmers market on the Saturday and driving through the national park to get there. I cannot recommend this place more for a relaxing and soul curing getaway.
13/07/2018Yiselle
We had a wonderful stay at Uplands Treehouse - it really is a magic place, very cosy and with lots of welcoming touches. We didn't see the owners during our stay, but had their email address and phone number, and so could easily get in touch if there were any problems. If you're looking for a peaceful, unique place to stay for a few days, this is it! We'll definitely be back.
09/07/2018Nigel
A truly wonderful and relaxing time.
06/07/2018james
Amazing weekend, owners had provided everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Treehouse is amazing and loved the attention to detail throughout. Was worried about the outdoor shower but actually really enjoyed it (the weather helped). Would recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable weekend away.
29/06/2018Katharine
This is living in nature. The views, especially in the morning are outstanding. And the setting is so quiet. The outside shower was interesting. But hay, you only live once. The owners provide a welcome/breakfast basket which is so welcoming. The village is small and quiet. But there are still some lovely places to eat at.
13/06/2018Colin
Wow - where to begin.. Uplands was a perfect get away and our hosts left us a wonderful hamper to welcome us to out home for 4 nights. We walked locally and visited Wells Cathedral, Stone Henge, Glastonbury Tor and Challis Spring and each night we arrived back at the tree and took a breath, relaxed and enjoyed just being there.. One day we didn't leave at all.!! Its quirky, the shower is ummm ahhh well you'll see but we giggled as we struggled.. Would I recommend Uplands Tree House.? I'm going back for sure, does that answer the question..!?!
16/04/2018Andrew
Our stay at Uplands was excellent. Fresh bread cakes and much more on arrival. The treehouse is very well equipped . We lit the log burner after a lovely long walk so we were very cosy. Amazing views all around . Can't wait to go back.
28/03/2018Angela
Quirky and delightful accommodation
21/03/2018Anna
It was fantastic. The treehouse exceeded expectations, all facilities were perfect and we were extremely comfortable,
09/03/2018Bridget
Contact from the owners was excellent, gave us directions and answered all our questions. When we got there the TreeHouse was well sticked with basics, bread, eggs, butter, milk etc and alot more than we expected. We bumped into one of the owners but we're left to our own devices which was great. We spent most of our time in the tree house and didn't go out much at all, there was enough to do there, and the WiFi which I really didn't expect enabled us to stream music from Spotify constantly. I really have nothing negative to say about our stay and we deffinately be going back there.
12/02/2018Gareth
Wonderful stay at the treehouse, it was exactly what was advertised and we would definitely go back again.
01/01/2018Lucy
Beautiful views and the best provisions supply i have experienced, the treehouse is super comfy and warm with the fire going. Fabulous place to spend new year, with distant views of the fireworks over Bristol
29/12/2017Helen
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay wish it had been longer.
27/12/2017Chris
What an amazing place! And the hosts were great. Lots of lovely personal touches - we felt well looked after.
27/11/2017Matthew
We loved the Treehouse and the surrounding areas. The local animals and the special touches from the little gifts provided for our stay. A wonderfully cosy place.
13/11/2017jeannie
This treehouse is truly magical. It is completely shut off from the rest of world and allows you to have a completely relaxed time. It is wonderful to wake up to beautiful views. The owners had thought of everything you could need there. This is a really special place.
23/10/2017Kelly
Three nights, with Storm Brian howling through the trees at night. Very atmospheric. Good views, good location, lovely pub in the village serving excellent food. We particularly enjoyed our walk in the woodlands that were part of the property. And the wood burning stove was an excellent feature.
20/10/2017Alan
Wow! What a place. Booked as a surprise for our 10th anniversary and my husband simply loved it. The owners had thought of everything. It was the perfect romantic retreat. Quiet, beautiful views and the outdoor shower was a unique experience too. Would love to stay again.
09/10/2017Jennifer
We loved our stay at Uplands Treehouse, it's a beautifully crafted, very solid and cosy treehouse. Lovely surroundings of the Somerset countryside and wildlife. We enjoyed walking in the local woodlands, as well as visiting nearby Wells, Cheddar and Weston super Mare.
06/10/2017Michael
Our first night's stay was a in a gale- it was wonderful to stay in such a beautiful, isolated, cosy place on such a wild night. The sun came out in the morning and I loved my outdoor shower and being right besides 3 squirrels in the neighboring oak tree. The views were stunning and our hosts had provided everything we needed including double yolk eggs and homemade chocolate brownies and jam
04/10/2017Joanna
A wonderful 4 night stay spent enjoying the peace and quiet of the Somerset countryside, walks in the Mendips area and visiting local pubs and attractions.
28/08/2017Stephanie
We had an amazing time at the treehouse :). The scenery was amazing. the alpacas were awesome.
23/08/2017Brigita
The treehouse was fantastic it was a perfect couple retreat. The outdoor shower was a unique experience. There was a lovely hamper which was such a thoughtful start to the weekend. The Ethicurean was amazing the setting, staff and food where first class . Would love to stay again.
16/08/2017Caroline
It was the tranquil getaway we were hoping for! From the moment you start to drive through the gorgeous countryside and find the treehouse, you realise it's going to be incredibly special. The view is ridiculous, you could (and will) Instagram none stop and bombard your friends with photos and videos until they unfriend you. The treehouse is stunning, wonderfully located just outside the village of Wrington where we ate on both nights as the menu was SO good, we had lovely walks and visited Wells and other areas. It's totally private, the lovely owners leave details, but they leave you to it.
14/08/2017Anna
We stayed here for our minimoon two days after our wedding and it was exactly what we needed. It was peaceful and beautiful. We arrived to hamper from Tricia with things like homemade brownies and jam, fresh bread and fresh croissants. They have thought of absolutely everything in there and made such good use of the space. The outside shower was such a great experience, and being able to sit on the little patio with a bottle of champagne overlooking the view was amazing. We had dinner at the Plough Inn in Wrington on the first night, and the food was incredible. We took a drive to Cheddar Gorge nearby while we were there which was lovely. The whole stay was amazing, we'd definitely stay again.
07/08/2017Amy
Absolutely perfect in every way could have stayed here a lot longer
04/08/2017Sheila
We stayed 2 nights and 1 day for our anniversary. Lovely place. Peaceful. Comfortably cosy. Well stocked with basics. Lovely views. I loved the outside shower. The bed was very comfortable. Whole place was spotlessly clean.
17/07/2017Rose
What a beautiful location, very private and e treehouse was perfect, and we loved he little touches of homemade jam, orange juice and little bottle of sparkling wine left by Tricia. The property is more spacious than I'd imagined with clever use of space. A lovely stay. Thank you
12/07/2017Suzanne
We loved the treehouse. It is a gorgeous place, beautifully decorated, with a lovely comfy bed and very accommodating, helpful hosts. On arrival we found a basket of goodies, including homemade jams, croissants, bread, eggs, milk, orange juice, chocolate, crisps and homemade brownies!!! We found it a very relaxing place, and the terrace was fantastic to laze about on. The outdoor shower was a great experience! There's been real thought put into everything: there's even a selfie stick to take photos with (the treehouse is little, so you need it to get everything in). We loved the alpacas in the next door field, and the icing on the cake was being allowed to stay late on Sunday, as there was noone due to stay that day. We felt sooooo relaxed when we left.
16/06/2017Abby
Incredible - this was our alternative honeymoon, and gave us the peace and quiet we needed, following planning a wedding and battling breast cancer. Beautiful accommodation, no intrusions and a yummy hamper to welcome us with.
29/05/2017Becci
We stayed at Uplands Treehouse from Weds 17-May-17 for two nights. This was a secret trip planned for my husband's 30th. Tricia was a very prompt communicator and a generous hostess, waiving charges for extras on two occasions. She even called me on the day we were due to check in, to advise regarding a road block in place, and to let us know about alternative directions.
17/05/2017Anna
Beautiful treehouse! Felt extremely relaxed and comfortable from the moment we got there. Had everything we could possibly need in such a beautiful setting. We had just got married so wanted somewhere we could escape from everything for a few days and it ticked every box. Beautiful walks right on the doorstep and the alpacas we're a lovely added bonus! The outdoor shower was a great experience too. It rained the whole time we were there but that didn't matter as it is such a cosy place to be. We were very grumpy the morning we had to leave as we could have stayed there a whole lot longer!
15/05/2017Rebecca
This was a fabulous, fun place to stay. Set apart from the hosts' house amongst the tree canopy, this offered a private get away location.
03/05/2017Christine
Absolutely beautiful - we felt fully nestled in the treetops, such a tranquil setting with lovely interior and hamper for our arrival. Great place for walks in bluebell woods and getting away from it all, and the alpacas were endlessly entertaining - we loved it.
28/04/2017Jemima
Amazing place to stay - very remote and secluded. Not disturbed by anyone else, I liked even when we arrived we didn't see anyone and had the place to ourselves. Great breakfast hamper and the 360 degree views across the countryside were incredible. Having a shower outside was a fun and unusual experience! We visited the local vineyard at Aldwick Court Farm and did their wine tasting which I would highly recommend. Great place to stay for a few days of relaxing.
17/04/2017Nikki
Had the most wonderful weekend at the treehouse. Such a special place!
07/04/2017Felicity
I booked this stay for my son and his wife. They had a great time at the treehouse.
27/03/2017Marjorie
AMAZING. A beautiful treehouse hidden up almost the treetops. The perfect place to visit, we barely left! Climbing into the bed up a ladder is only for the able bodied, but its a fantastic place. Great welcome basic on arrival, and essentials of milk and butter in the fridge. Highly recommended and we will be back.
10/03/2017Alice
Absolutely wonderful. And to top it off, we got engaged!
30/12/2016Rickie
Lovely relaxing break. All fixtures and fittings were of a high quality and the food hamper was fabulous.
21/10/2016Carol
We booked the treehouse for a two night getaway for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The house itself is fantastic from the view from the balcony, the cosy wood burner to the outdoor shower experience. The welcome food items were wonderful too- homemade jam and brownies amongst other things. Location is brilliant for a day trip to Bath or Bristol but you are really secluded in the midst of nature! Highly recommended
30/09/2016Teresa
We had a very memorable long weekend at Uplands. A romantic tree house for two, we really managed to get away from it all. The treehouse is beautifully laid out including essential provisions. What a trill showering outside up a tree where no one can see!! Very nice unintrusive hosts and a great local pub, The White Horse. Climbing up a ladder into bed took us back to being children; at first sight I worried but it really is easy peasy, even for me who is up several times in the night! The indoor loo helped with that too. A really lovely hideaway
23/09/2016Emma
Absolutely amazing location. Beautiful welcome hamper. An amazing time!
12/09/2016Andrew
Fabulous location and treehouse - we loved it! The views from the deck are stunning and restful - we loved sitting out with wine and scrabble, watching the sun go down! Facilities excellent with beautifully refreshing outdoor shower and good cooking equipment. The basket of lovely breakfast items was also a great touch. We made use of the many maps and guides in the treehouse to do some very nice walks in the area and went to a very good restaurant, the Ethicurean, which is set within a fabulous walled garden looking over the Mendips - highly recommended! At the other end of the scale the Crown Inn in Churchill was a lovely down to earth, rustic country pub with tasty, generous food. Hosts were really helpful and accommodating and full of great tips. All in all a fantastic stay - we'd love to come back! Thank you!
26/08/2016Lucy
We wanted for nothing but the sun! The treehouse was the perfect escape from the rain.
19/08/2016Robin
It was the most wonderful relaxing stay we have had. Such gorgeous views only 20mins from the beach. Showering outside in nature was just amazing. We had a cute little welcome basket waiting for us. It was the best I highly recommend and I hope to go back again.
08/08/2016Rebecca
It was absolutely brilliant. Perfect little getaway, super relaxing and great in all types of weather.
17/06/2016lucy
We had a nice time at the Uplands Treehouse. It has wonderful views, feels private and the free box of goodies was a great touch. We did some horse riding lessons, went on some countryside walks and did a lot of relaxing. The place is better for people with a car as the the local area can be tough to get around due to the narrow roads. Take a map!
10/06/2016Thomas
We had a fantastic stay at the treehouse - so relaxing and cosy; perfect to celebrate our anniversary and the hamper was a lovely touch.
23/05/2016Laura
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this treehouse where everything has been designed to make visitors as comfortable as you could possibly imagine in a treehouse setting. Lovely cosy woodburning stove, very comfortable sleeping quarters up on the mezzanine, fabulous deck with beautiful views, birdsong to die for.
13/05/2016Antonia
Tricia and David have crafted a truly beautiful treehouse. After what has been a very difficult time for us, this break was the perfect tonic for healing and for some much needed rest and reflection. The treehouse is well equipped for total relaxation and privacy, and perfectly placed for being at one with the surrounding nature. We'd like to say thanks to Tricia and David, and to Canopy and Stars, for allowing us to rebook at short notice and with no loss or additional costs. The empathy and warmth shown to us has meant a lot.
02/05/2016Dan
We had an absolutely amazing stay at uplands treehouse, a beautiful peaceful place to get away from the everyday stresses of life and have some quality time together. The treehouse itself was stunning, we loved spending time in it, using the quirky outside shower and looking at the idyllic views of the Mendips. We were provided with a wonderful hamper full of goodies and we had everything we needed! We enjoyed exploring the local area, going out for a meal at the local pub, and going for walks on the hills. We are definitely recommending it and will return ourselves!!!
04/04/2016Claire
Uplands Treehouse was the most magical relaxing holiday either of us have ever been on, we loved it from the moment we got there! Tricia had left a lovely breakfast hamper with some delicious brownies sneaked in, they didn't last very long…. The sun was shining and sitting on the balcony overlooking the Mendip Hills was just breath-taking. We were lucky enough to have beautiful sunny weather and also heavy storms which was a great to experience from inside the treehouse. We were caught in storm Katy and felt perfectly relaxed and safe in the comfort of our treehouse with the log burner going! It really was the cosiest place to be. Excellent walking around the area, I would recommend highly going on a few treks, and a lovely farmers market in Wells on Saturday mornings…. We visited the Plough Inn on Sunday for a delicious 3 course roast, I would recommend their food, a lovely pub! We were both extremely sad to leave, and we are already trying to work out dates for when we can return!! Highly recommended you will not be disappointed!!
25/03/2016Fiona
Wow, what an experience. Highly recommended to all our friends. We arrived early afternoon, David came and met us and showed us to the treehouse. He was very welcoming and suggested a few pubs to try. As soon as we got our things in, we put the log fire on, settled down to cake that Tricha kindly purchased on my behalf. The views were outstanding. Upon recommendation from Trichia we ventured out Saturday into Wells, it's a lovely little town with a market. We bought a few local made pies and pasties to have for tea and enjoyed a coffee despite the weather. We couldn't wait to get back to the treehouse to put the fire on and relax. Overall we were both delighted with the stay, enjoyed the breakfast basket provided and the cosy feeling of the treehouse. Thank you for letting us experience your treehouse. It's a birthday we both won't forget!!
19/02/2016Samantha
Our stay was perfect, the treehouse is an amazing experience. Tricia was a wonderful host and made our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again.
17/02/2016Dan
My stay was absolutely fabulous, and would recommend to anyone. It was perfect. Quiet, beautiful views, cute little hamper, perfect for pubs and walks, lovely village, the hosts were fantastic, and were helpful in booking us a table at the local pub and also picking us up from the station. I would highly recommend and we plan to return , perhaps in the summer!
12/02/2016Giordana
It was absolutely fantastic. Great place in great surroundings and hosted by friendly hosts. Everything was taken care of and if we needed anything we only had to ask.
01/02/2016Michael
It was most enjoyable from start to finish. Tricia was very welcoming and had sent us really accurate directions as we were visiting London where we had been for our grandson's 3rd birthday. As you can imagine, the peace and tranquility at Uplands was appreciated even more than had we just come from home! Trica had left asubstantial 'welcome basket' for which we were very grateful and the cooking facilities were more than adequate for our needs. Climbing a ladder to our mezzanine 'bedroom' was fun and showering outdoors was certainly a novel experience but great fun and with lots of hot water! Tricia and David have done a really first class job in the design and function of the treehouse. Even though we had wet, quite windy weather, we were warm and snug and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to relax and recuperate from a hectic life! Many thanks!
25/01/2016Pam
I booked this for my boyfriends birthday and am so glad that I did! Tricia put up balloons and banners that I sent her and was very helpful when we rang to say we were lost. The outdoor shower was much hotter than we were expecting and the treehouse was lovely and warm thanks to the log fire. We had the best time, away from everything and would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to 'get away from it all' - it is breathtaking!
06/11/2015kirsty-leigh
We absolutely loved our two night break in this magical treehouse! I bought the getaway as part of my fiances 30th birthday present, and he absolutely loved it! Tricia couldn't have been more accommodating, offering to pick us up from the station and even put up some balloons and bunting that I sent to her beforehand. We loved all the little touches like the homemade jam, fresh bread, croissants and farm eggs. We were blessed with good weather for 2 out of the 3 days and were even able to have lunch out on the balcony in the sunshine...in October! I was a bit apprehensive about the outdoor shower, but the water was lovely and hot and we loved it; it was great fun and added to the whole experience of staying in a tree house! You couldn't fault the views of the trees, the Mendip Hills and the lovely apacas. An excellent place to stay...we didn't want to leave!
26/10/2015Hannah
Could not have enjoyed it more. The treehouse was extremely clean and well thought out in terms of design and lovely touches with the furnishings. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful surroundings and nice places to eat. Would certainly recommend
10/10/2015stephanie
What a fabulous place , so different and quirky. Spotlessly clean, cosily warm, totally private , a perfect hide way up in the trees.
30/09/2015Pauline
Amazing! Romantic! Natural! Private! Exactly what we needed
11/09/2015sarah
Lovely relaxing break. Good local pub for dinner, very welcome breakfast hamper. Enjoyed the experience of the outdoor shower. The woodburner was very efficient.Perfect place to sip champagne watching the sunset over a field of Alpacas!
04/09/2015Katy
Stay was fantastic we loved every second and wanted to stay forever, the welcome basket was delicious and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.
02/09/2015Karen
We loved our escape to the treehouse. There was everything you could need there and it was so tranquil.
31/08/2015Sophie
We spent three nights in the treehouse and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
28/08/2015Keith
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From start to finish we felt very well looked after and very much appreciated the care (for people and planet) and the impressive craftsmanship that has gone into this delightful hideaway. The hosts were considerate, and at the same time left us to enjoy our privacy. The views bring a restfulness all of their own, and the alpacas are entertaining. We enjoyed walking straight from the tree house into the surrounding countryside, as well as the good food available nearby.
24/08/2015maggie
We absolutely loved our stay at the treehouse, it was just absolutely perfect in every way, we drove straight from our hotel at the wedding and after all the buzz of the wedding it was nice to just chill out in a gorgeous location and gorgeous treehouse. The breakfast and food left out was all gorgeous and high quality and everything in the treehouse was so tastefully designed. The alpaca's were very entertaining and made it even more special
15/08/2015Louise
Our stay was perfect, the owners were very accommodating and helped us to find local restaurants and activities to do whist we were there. They provided a beautiful breakfast box which also included some delicious snacks including homemade cake! Beautiful fitted out tree house with all the finishing touches.
07/08/2015Alexandra
We had the most fantastic stay at Uplands treehouse. I had planned it as a surprise birthday present for my finace and he couldn't have been more thrilled. As soon as we drove up the long drive towards the treehouse, we knew it was going to be something special. We were truly impressed by how the treehouse has been kitted out - it has everything you need and is just so cosy. There's a log burner for those chilly evenings and a big balcony overlooking fields full of alpacas for summer nights. We felt completely at ease and the owners were very welcoming but then left us completely in peace. We loved sitting outside in a field full of alpacas gazing at the stars with a glass of wine. The outside shower was also one of our highlights! We spent the days exploring the area on some of the beautiful walks that were suggested by our hosts. On an evening we visited the local village pub which was lovely and then wandered back to our very own slice of heaven. The whole stay was just so peaceful - perfect food for the soul.
29/07/2015Rebecca
The treehouse was amazing, in a gorgeous location and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. The facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay there again.
27/07/2015Sophie
We are both university students and so scrimped and scraped up cash to book Uplands, but it was completely worth it! Glamping was a new venture for us both but it was wonderful. The outdoor shower was one of the most glorious things, so refreshing, warm and surrounded by nature. The whole place was a lofty haven of natural beauty and peace. It was perfect!
22/07/2015Sophie
It was our honeymoon, and really lovely.

Amazing stay! The treehouse is set in woodlands with surrounding alpacas. Everything had been thought of, homemade goodies when you arrive including brownies and jams. We could not fault it in any way and can't wait to go back! Outside hot showers are the future! Wrington village is lovely and the owners even picked us up! Perfect just perfect, we will be back!

fantastic

It was simply perfect! First of all, the tree house itself is absolutely amazing - so quirky, cute but cosy and comfortable at the same time. The location is great and very private with the most beautiful views. The hosts left us a lovely welcome basket which was matched to our (vegan) dietary requirements. The Alpacas are always around and really fun to watch. There are also great walks close by. We couldn't had asked for more - it was a great relaxing break and we have already recommended to friends. Loved the real log fire too...

We had a perfect stay in perfect weather. This was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and we loved every minute of our stay. The tree house was beautifully designed and constructed.
11/05/2015Diana
Wonderful experience. Lovely, welcoming hosts who had provided a fantastic hamper full of homemade goodies including delicious brownies and croissants for breakfast! The treehouse is a beautiful structure with 360 degree views of gorgeous countryside. The location is stunning and the treehouse is nice and secluded, not overlooked being in the canopy of a beech tree. We loved having our own space and not feeling like we were intruding on our hosts, which can sometimes be the case with other B & Bs. The treehouse had everything we could possibly have wanted to make our stay really comfortable and relaxing. We are done with the regular B & Bs and hotels now after having had such a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Uplands. The tree house was spotlessly clean, well equipped and a proper home from home. The location was idyllic and the owners were more than accomodating.
19/04/2015Spencer
We had an amazing time at Uplands Treehouse. David and Tricia the owners were really friendly and helpful. The treehouse was in a location where you couldn't really be seen yet had amazing views. We lucked out with the weather which made the place even more special. Has everything you need, continental breakfast provided with homemade brownies from Tricia. Bed was super comfortable, and the outdoor shower was amazing to wake up in! I proposed to my girlfriend on our stay so this place will always hold special memories. Will be back for sure!!

Our time in the treehouse was delightful! There was nothing to improve. The treehouse itself was beautiful, well equipped and comfortable and the surroundings were gorgeous. Our hosts made us very welcome, and we really enjoyed the basket of goodies that was waiting when we arrived. The sense of seclusion at the treehouse was perfect - it was like we were alone in the treetops with the squirrels and the birds. Equally though the pub (in easy walking distance) was great and the wifi helped us to keep in touch with the outside world. A perfect retreat to get away from normality and relax!

We had a wonderful time at Uplands treehouse and stayed for 2 nights. We wanted a short relaxing Easter break, which is what we got.
31/03/2015Amy
Absolutely magical. An incredible place and enjoyed every minute of it.
25/03/2015Jenny
We had a wonderful time celebrating six years together in this beautiful part of the country. The treehouse is lovely, secluded, spacious and light, with a gorgeous view over the town and fields around. We were lucky to get perfect weather despite it being March, so we enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the sun and waking up to a sunshine filled treehouse. It's a good area for walking too and we found a good long trail in the information available there, which we could join nearby the treehouse. Getting there and away were also easy, so it's a good place to go if you don't have a car. The facilities are very good - although the outdoor shower was challenging despite the warm weather!! All in all, we had a relaxing, comfortable and lovely stay, and would recommend it to anyone.
18/03/2015Angela
Stunning treehouse. We were looked after well, had every comfort we needed. Will definitely go back again! Absolutely love the Alpacas too!
08/03/2015Sam
We had the perfect stay at Uplands Treehouse, and will definitely be returning to this slice of paradise. The treehouse is a beautiful place to stay, with stunning views over the Mendip Hills, and we both enjoyed waking up in the morning to the sun streaming through the floor to ceiling windows. We went on some lovely walks in the area, and the local pubs are easily walkable in the evenings for some food. The hamper of breakfast goodies was a lovely touch from David and Tricia. The outdoor shower was a unique experience to start the day with, and was lovely and hot despite being on the decking. The bathroom (complete with sound system and lots of books) was also the perfect size and had everything you need. The wood burner provided the perfect atmosphere for cuddling up in the cold, making the treehouse nice and cosy. Overall we had a weekend we'll never forget, and very much look forward to returning in the future.
01/03/2015Rebecca
A lush retreat that is truly sumptuous. Away from madness and a chance to completely relax. David and Tricia provided little finishing touches that made our stay a luxury. The surroundings are beautiful and the gentle sounds of the birds made this a lovely getaway. Enjoyed a go at snowboarding, one we'd like to try again. Recommend to all and sundry.
27/02/2015Ann
This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The treehouse is a beautifully crafted and fully equipped place to stay, which makes you feel very special. The attention to detail is astounding, and the hosts were trully wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience, which was perfect from beginning to end.
22/01/2015Rory
"Uplands was perfect, beautifully crafted and fitted out. Nestled up in the trees with fields of Alpacas for neighbours. Our hosts, Tricia & David were super warm and welcoming and left us a fabulous hamper inside. We got to watch fireworks across the skyline at midnight! It was a perfect new year hideout for us. Highly recommended."
31/12/2014Katie
"This is a new venture for Tricia & David, but you would never be able to tell! Their generosity, warming food hamper with Xmas choccies, and Tricia's home made cake was such a perfect touch. The eye to detail in the homeware made us feel as if the tree house belonged to us. The composting toilet...Well what's to say except for.... We WANT one!! Apart from being so eco friendly, there wasn't a single smell from it... not one.... Zilch!! Whilst sitting on this amazing throne, you can even enjoy your favourite choice of music too and be serenaded whilst admiring a phenomenal loo with a view! The view is of the expansive Mendip hills. Be sure to ask David for maps and his local knowledge of the area for walks and cycle routes. He really is an expert in this area. The outside shower was really something that we utterly loved. Yep, you are literally outside under a large hot shower! If you are really cheeky, you can keep the curtain back and watch the wildlife and the Alpacas up on the hillside ;-) On a clear night the sunset is breathtaking, and then later you have an added gem of a star studded sky!! As we are cyclists we took our bikes along with us. You'll have no trouble getting them up the staircase, and the deck provides ample room to store them. Somebody did suggest in the visitors book that a hot tub would be perfect for the tree house.... We strongly disagree. If you are looking for a hot tub place to stay, then uplands is not the place for you! Get up and personal with nature, in an incredibly chic space that welcomes you to the outdoors!! Enjoy"

Thank you for a tranquil weekend! We had the loveliest time celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday in the treehouse. The log burner was such a lovely and appreciated addition during our stay. The atmosphere is absolutely magical from location to wildlife, we loved it! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and extending our checkout. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the treehouse over May bank holiday. We had all kinds of weather but enjoyed the treehouse from the deck as well as the cosy sofa - and falling asleep with the wind and rain around us was peaceful.

What an amazing stay, such a great treehouse in a wonderful location. Absolutely loved our weekend, very peaceful and also fun stepping outside to shower!

Lovely tree house, good location, well equipped.

It was an incredibly stylish and beautiful treehouse - we loved the outdoor shower !

Very lovely

24/06/2019Ifan
Desperate to stay in a treehouse and Uplands did not disapppoint - (although I was hoping yo climb a ladder rather than just steps!) It is a beautiful home for a couple of nights and we were wowed by it's charm, views and serenity. Would recommend wholeheartedly and without reservation as a break away - taking you into the canopy of trees and a place of calm.
22/05/2019Mariella
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. It was like a fairy tail. The treehouse is super cosy and we loved the outdoor shower. Lots of lovely little touches. Very well situated just a short drive to a supermarket a few pubs and restaurants and not far from wells.
08/05/2019Rebecca
Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed every moment of it. Being in the nature, listening to rain fall on the roof of the treehouse, while we fell asleep. It was all dreamy and wonderful.
15/04/2019B
18/02/2019Kathryn
Truly amazing. Best place we have stayed. Beautiful treehouse, with lots of lovely little touches when we arrived I.e. breeds, croissants, milk and jams. Breathtaking views, totally secluded. Perfect romantic break away.

We stayed at Uplands and enjoyed it very much. Everything was in order and as described. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and many services were labeled to avoid confusion.

This is living in nature. The views, especially in the morning are outstanding. And the setting is so quiet. The outside shower was interesting. But hay, you only live once. The owners provide a welcome/breakfast basket which is so welcoming. The village is small and quiet. But there are still some lovely places to eat at.

13/07/2015Kat
Amazing stay! The treehouse is set in woodlands with surrounding alpacas. Everything had been thought of, homemade goodies when you arrive including brownies and jams. We could not fault it in any way and can't wait to go back! Outside hot showers are the future! Wrington village is lovely and the owners even picked us up! Perfect just perfect, we will be back!
15/06/2015Laura
fantastic
23/05/2015mike
It was simply perfect! First of all, the tree house itself is absolutely amazing - so quirky, cute but cosy and comfortable at the same time. The location is great and very private with the most beautiful views. The hosts left us a lovely welcome basket which was matched to our (vegan) dietary requirements. The Alpacas are always around and really fun to watch. There are also great walks close by. We couldn't had asked for more - it was a great relaxing break and we have already recommended to friends. Loved the real log fire too...
15/05/2015Tracey
02/05/2015Nanette
14/04/2015Joseph
Our time in the treehouse was delightful! There was nothing to improve. The treehouse itself was beautiful, well equipped and comfortable and the surroundings were gorgeous. Our hosts made us very welcome, and we really enjoyed the basket of goodies that was waiting when we arrived. The sense of seclusion at the treehouse was perfect - it was like we were alone in the treetops with the squirrels and the birds. Equally though the pub (in easy walking distance) was great and the wifi helped us to keep in touch with the outside world. A perfect retreat to get away from normality and relax!
05/04/2015Lorna
