Sustainable Travel Incentive Terms & Conditions

The £75 Gift Card can only be claimed once you have checked out of your Canopy & Stars stay.
Our promotional £75 Green Journey Gift Card campaign ends on 31st December 2024 at 11.59pm.
The £75 gift card must be claimed by 31st January 2025.
The incentive applies to guests who stayed at a Canopy & Stars place with a check-in date between 9th July and 31st December 2024 and travelled by public transport. When claiming the voucher, we will only accept the name and email address you used to make the original Canopy & Stars booking.
Only one £75 Gift Card can be claimed per Canopy & Stars booking.
Public transport includes travel by train or bus/coach. Cycling or hiking are also accepted; please contact bookings@canopyandstars.co.uk to discuss the proof required.
The public transport station/stop should be within one hour by taxi/bus from the station/stop to your Canopy & Stars accommodation.
The date of your outbound public transport travel should correspond with the check-in date of your Canopy & Stars stay (a maximum of 2 days difference is allowed if your travel is part of a wider trip).
Canopy & Stars reserve the right to cap the incentive once 100 gift cards have been redeemed.

The £75 Gift Card can only be claimed once you have checked out of your Canopy & Stars stay.
The £75 Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date you redeemed it. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of it.
The Gift Card must be used for a booking with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
If the total value of your stay at a Canopy & Stars place is greater than the Gift Card, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder.
If the total value of stay is less than the Gift Card, there will be no cash refund, but the difference will be reissued to you as a separate Gift Card.
Gift Cards will be deducted from the total value of the stay at point of booking.
Costs associated with travel to and from the chosen place are the responsibilities of the Gift Card holder.
If booking online, you must enter the unique reference number into the relevant section of the booking form. If phoning to redeem, please say you are using the Gift Card and quote the unique reference number.
Only one £75 Gift Card can be used per booking, it cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
