Glamping in Powys

The largest county in Wales, the green, rolling landscape of Powys spans almost 80 miles, stretching from the dramatic peaks of Snowdonia in the north to the beautiful Brecon Beacons in the south. A glamping holiday in this idyllic part of the world gives you doorstep access to epic hikes, adrenaline sports, cycling trails and more historic castles that you can shake a Welsh cake at. There are lots of pretty market towns to explore but head for the hills and you’ll see more wildlife than humans. That's what makes Powys the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

About glamping in Powys

Who we are

We’re a small, independent travel company based in Bristol on a mission to help people live a life more wild. We love the great outdoors, but this is a world away from camping – our glamping spaces have some serious luxuries from hot tubs and saunas, to pizza ovens and coffee machines. We’re a discerning bunch (on your behalf) and we only accept 20% of applications we receive to join our collection.

Our glamping holidays in Powys

Fancy staying in a luxury wooden fort with spectacular valley views? A quirky treehouse thirty feet off the ground or perhaps an eco-cabin surrounded by a lush, flower-filled garden? They might sound like places plucked from a child’s imagination, but they’re all 100% real, and part of our collection of unique spaces dotted across Powys — from the Wye Valley to Machynlleth woods and Snowdonia.

We care about responsible travel

There’s no avoiding the fact that travel leaves a carbon footprint, but as a certified B-Corp we’re committed to minimising our impact on the environment. We’ve pledged to become net zero by 2030, we work closely with our owners to help them create sustainable glamping spaces and we limit the amount of places we represent in over touristed areas.
