All Gift Cards have an expiry date of 12 months after the purchase date. You only need to have booked the stay by this point, the stay itself can take place at any point after this.

When you make a booking online, it'll give you the option to enter a voucher code (it'll start with CSGV). If you're booking over the phone just quote your number.

Select the e-card option to get a digital card sent instantly (it could take 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox). Our physical Gift Cards are sent out every day Monday-Friday via Royal Mail. Expect 3 to 5 working days for it to arrive.

We want to offer people as much flexibility as possible, so we don’t offer space-specific Gift Cards, but instead allow our guests to redeem against a booking at any of our spaces.

1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from issue date. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of it. 2. If the total value of your stay at a Canopy & Stars place is greater than the Gift Card, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder. 3. If the total value of stay is less than the Gift Card, there will be no cash refund, but the difference will be reissued to you as a separate Gift Card. 4. Gift Cards will be deducted from the total value of the stay at point of booking. 5. Costs associated with travel to and from the chosen place are the responsibilities of the Gift Card holder. 6. If booking online, you must enter the unique reference number into the relevant section of the booking form. If phoning to redeem, please say you are using the Gift Card and quote the unique reference number. 7. Gift Cards may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and non-refundable. 8. Only one promotional £50 Christmas Gift Card can be used per booking. 3. Promotional £50 Christmas Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Gift Card. 4.
