Bag Your Badges terms and conditions

1. The competition will run between 17.2.16 and 31.12.16.

2. To enter the competition, entrants must have taken a photo on a 2016 Canopy & Stars holiday.

3. Entries can be submitted via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Email.

4. Valid entries must include the hashtag #YearofWild with @Canopyandstars tagged in the post

5. The prize is a 5cm embroidered badge relating to the activity in the photo, badges are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. One badge per photo.

6. To claim the prize, entrants may be required to confirm details of their Canopy & Stars stay.

7. Badges will be available from 31 March 2016, from this on point onwards please allow 5 working days for delivery

8. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

9. Photos must belong to the entrant and not infringe any copyright. Entrants can share as many photos as they like but each entrant cannot win any more than 13 badges.

10. Entry is exclusively via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or email following the instructions on the website.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.canopyandstars.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.

12. The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.

13. Sawday’s Canopy & Stars reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

14. By entering this competition, entrants agree that C&S may: (i) showcase their photos on C&S website and any other media in connection with the competition and use their names, likenesses, photographs and/or biographical information (as it appears on Twitter) and Tweets for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation

15. The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.

16. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
