All Gift Cards have an expiry date of 12 months after the purchase date. You only need to have booked the stay by this point, the stay itself can take place at any point after this.

Our stays range in price from around £200 to some real blowout treat places. So while £100 would certainly go a long way to a stay, £200 could cover a whole one or go a long way towards a complete booking.

When you make a booking online, it'll give you the option to enter a voucher code (it'll start with CSGV). If you're booking over the phone just quote your number.

Select the e-card option to get a digital card sent instantly (it could take 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox). Our physical Gift Cards are sent out every day Monday-Friday via Royal Mail. Expect 3 to 5 working days for it to arrive.

We want to offer people as much flexibility as possible, so we don’t offer space-specific Gift Cards, but instead allow our guests to redeem against a booking at any of our spaces.

Our Gift Cards are not only tickets to amazing time in nature at our carefully chosen collection of places, they’re also completely flexible. There are no restrictions on where and when they can be used, anything not spent on a booking is issued as Gift Card change and the recipient has a whole year to make the booking, with the stay itself able to take place long after the expiry date. They’re also sustainably made! So, they’re about the nicest gift you can ever buy, if we’re being totally honest.

Of course! Especially for anniversaries, because you get to go yourself as well. For those bigger occasions, we have a Club Together Gift Card, which allows multiple people to chip in and make one massive gift.

1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from issue date. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of it. 2. If the total value of your stay at a Canopy & Stars place is greater than the Gift Card, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder. 3. If the total value of stay is less than the Gift Card, there will be no cash refund, but the difference will be reissued to you as a separate Gift Card. 4. Gift Cards will be deducted from the total value of the stay at point of booking. 5. Costs associated with travel to and from the chosen place are the responsibilities of the Gift Card holder. 6. If booking online, you must enter the unique reference number into the relevant section of the booking form. If phoning to redeem, please say you are using the Gift Card and quote the unique reference number. 7. Gift Cards may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and non-refundable. 8.
